SZR - SIZER TECHNOLOGY
The SZR-Sizer series was engineered to take the well-known Sizer to a whole new level: higher throughput, more gentle in crushing, and in an even more compact design. Smaller than competing machines yet higher in performance, its build delivers high productivity where conventional crushers simply don’t fit.
A patented crushing tool geometry produces high-quality grain with an exceptional grain shape. The mechanically synchronized drive improves material intake and grain formation – giving you a more consistent, higher-quality output with less effort.
GENTLE CRUSHING IN A COMPACT SPACE
Tight spaces are no problem. The SZR-Sizer installs where other crushers can’t – without compromising on performance.
Depending on feed material properties, reduction ratios of up to 1:5 are achievable. Beyond mineral rock, the SZR handles recycling applications just as effectively.
A torque-limiting overload system protects the drive from damage – so the machine keeps running when it matters most.
