The Crush + Size DRC is a completely new type of roller crusher that eliminates the traditional limitations of double roll crushers. It combines the direct-drive principle of a sizer with the gap adjustment of a classic double roll crusher – a combination that didn’t exist before on that level. Slow-running, precise, and fully adjustable.

The result: a machine that combines the best of both worlds – the gentle, efficient crushing process of a roller crusher with a crushing ratio you’d expect from impact or cone crushers.

Conventional double roll crushers couldn’t compete with jaw crushers, cone crushers or impact crushers when it came to reduction ratio and the handling of hard materials. That’s changed.

The DRC series combines the inherent process advantages of roller crushing with a significantly higher reduction ratio – making it a more efficient alternative that delivers real advantages in production. Compared to standard roller crusher solutions on the market, the DRC stands apart with a higher reduction ratio, higher throughput capacity, and the ability to handle even the hardest materials.

Integrated overload protection allows even materials with a high proportion of foreign objects to be processed without interruption.
