High-performance mining means several thousand tonnes of hard to very hard material per hour — under extreme conditions and with high energy demand. Crush + Size roller crushers take a different approach: slowly rotating rollers crush the material gently and hit the target grain size with a low fines content. The result: significantly lower energy consumption than conventional crushers — and minimal wear.

DRC series - crushing the limits

The DRC series is purpose-built for high-performance mining. Innovative crushing tools and synchronous roller rotation make the process exceptionally efficient: the feed material enters the roll gap directly and is crushed straight to the target particle size. Productivity goes up, energy per tonne goes down.

The robust design handles rocks and minerals with compressive strengths of up to 300 MPa. The drive train is engineered for sustained high loads as well as recurring peak loads, and hydraulic overload protection reliably prevents damage from foreign objects.

The result: a roller crusher that delivers where others reach their limits — the DRC.

Engineered to overcome Real Challenges

Crushing made easy

A distinctive feature of Crush + Size roller crushers is the large inlet. Even oversized rocks pass through without clogging the crusher or interrupting the process. Thanks to their low machine weight and very low profile relative to throughput, the supporting structure is significantly easier and cheaper to build than with conventional crushers. Maintenance stays low as well: crushing tools can be swapped out quickly, keeping downtime to a minimum.
