New Solutions for Small Grain Sizes

MORE TARGET GRAIN –
LESS FINES

Efficient production of grain sizes below 16 mm poses a real challenge. Energy consumption rises sharply, and unwanted fractions in the 0–2 mm range increase. Fines below 0.063 mm should be avoided wherever possible. Traditionally, cone crushers, impact crushers and VSI machines handle these sizes.

Crush + Size Technology has its core expertise in roller crushing and has developed an efficient technology that produces grain sizes below 16 mm using two rollers. The SGC series delivers minimal fines and sand fractions – significantly increasing the yield of valuable target grain. The crusher also efficiently produces high-demand fractions in the 4–11 mm range.

DEFINABLE GRAIN SIZE THROUGHT OVERSIZE RECIRCULATION

Even in a closed-circuit process, the feed material is efficiently crushed to the target grain size without significantly increasing the fines fraction. This allows oversize fractions to be processed effectively, and the most in-demand fractions to be produced on target.
