In high-performance mining several thousand tonnes of matrial per hour of hard to very hard materials are processed. This is performed under extreme conditions in an energy-intensive process.

Crush + Size roller crushers take a different approach: slowly rotating rollers crush the material gently, reaching the target grain size with a low proportion of fines. The result – significantly lower energy consumption than conventional crusher technologies and minimal wear.

High Performance. 

DRC series: Crushing the limits

The DRC series is purpose-built for high-performance mining. Innovative crushing tools and synchronous roller rotation make the crushing process extremely efficient – feed material enters the roll gap directly and is crushed to the target particle size. Productivity goes up, energy per tonne goes down.

The robust design handles rocks and minerals with compressive strengths up to 300 MPa. The drive train is engineered for both sustained high loads and recurring peak loads. Hydraulic overload protection prevents machine damage from foreign objects.

The result: a roller crusher that performs where others reached their limits – the DRC.

Engineered to overcomes Real Challenges

Crushing made easy

A special feature of Crush + Size Technology’s roller crushers is the large inlet, which allows even very large rock sizes to be processed without clogging the crusher and interrupting the process.

 

Lower machine weight and a very low profile relative to throughput mean the supporting structure requires less effort to erect than with conventional crushers.

 

Maintenance stays low. Crushing tools can be swapped quickly, keeping process interruptions to a minimum.
