DRC Double Roll Crusher

High Performance Crusher. Redefined.

DRC TECHNOLOGY

Conventional double roll crushers couldn’t compete with jaw crushers, cone crushers or impact crushers when it came to reduction ratio. That’s changed.

The DRC series combines the inherent process advantages of roller crushing with a significantly higher reduction ratio – making it a more efficient alternative that delivers real advantages in production. Compared to standard roller crusher solutions on the market, the DRC stands apart with both a higher reduction ratio and higher throughput capacity.

ONE CRUSHER FOR EVERY APPLICATION

The DRC’s new crushing technology eliminates the traditional limitations of double roll crushers. Its process advantages – low fines, cubic grain shape, low noise and dust – are now paired with the reduction ratios previously reserved for alternative crusher types.

The result is a machine that combines the best of both worlds: the gentle, efficient crushing process of a roller crusher with the performance you’d expect from impact or cone crushers.
