Drei Chargen a 20 Tonnen prallgebrochener Recyclingbeton mit unterschiedlichen Kornfraktionen (0-50mm) und Materialzusammensetzungen wurden auf 0-16mm gebrochen und anschlie\u00dfend fraktioniert. Dabei wurden unterschiedliche Einstellungen, wie die Breite des Brechspalts variiert, um deren Einfluss auf das Brechergebnis zu untersuchen.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nicht nur der Kunde, auch wir selbst waren vom Brechergebnis begeistert. Ein grobk\u00f6rniges Granulat mit nur geringf\u00fcgiger Erh\u00f6hung der Fein- und Sandgehalte. Die produzierte Sieblinie n\u00e4hert sich stark dem Ideal von Betonzuschlagstoffen an, sodass im Einzelfall sogar Sand zugesetzt werden muss. Der verbaute SGC 650-11 ist nach heutigem Stand eine Sondergr\u00f6\u00dfe und lieferte in Spitze \u00fcber 150t\/h Durchsatz. <\/span><\/p>\n\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Der <a href=\"https:\/\/crush-size.ahafactory.de\/produkte\/sgc-sandbrecher-splittbrecher\/\">SGC<\/a> ist ein Zweiwalzenbrecher mit einem Walzwerk, das speziell f\u00fcr die schonende Produktion kleinerer Fraktionen konzipiert wurde.
